Garments available on our online store are also available for purchase in our stores. Please note that we try our hardest to keep our website as accurate as possible but if for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you as soon as we can and you will receive a full refund. Pricing

All prices displayed in our online store are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD).  Prices are inclusive of New Zealand government goods and services tax, (GST), of 15%.

Cancellations

This privacy policy is in place to protect your personal information. By using this website and /or providing us with your information, you agree to our privacy policy. 

By registering we collect information about you including your name, address, telephone no., email address. You will also give us information when you place an order online, contact us with a question or enter a competition. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties. We would only release this information in the unlikely event of being compelled to by law or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies which are small data files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies enable you to shop on our website and may be used in a variety of ways to enhance or personalise your visits to the website. It may also enable us to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising on this website and track website usage patterns. Accepting cookies will not give us access to any data in your computer other than the information on the cookie. You may configure your computer to not accept cookies however you may experience a loss of functionality.We collect your information for the following purposes.

  • To process and fulfill your order, including emails to confirm your order status and shipment along with customary business communications.

Delivery Policy

New Zealand orders will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $10.00. Please get in touch with us for delivery rates if you live overseas by emailing: msfitzltd@gmail.com or phone us on:07-868 9063.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days to most destinations within New Zealand after we receive payment excluding public holidays. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work to ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered. We will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please be aware that during very busy times, delivery may take longer than usual and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Refund Policy

Items under $100 are not returnable although we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.

 

Milly's is committed to providing top quality products to all our customers. All items are checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately by emailing: msfitzltd@gmail.com or phone us on :07-868 9063


If for any reason you are unhappy with any product that you have purchased, you may return the item to us in its original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid.  However, this excludes goods under $100 which are not returnable although we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.


Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund denied. Items returned after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded unless you have contacted us and we have agreed to the late return.


We require you to use a track and trace courier as the safest option for returns. We will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us. Any charges incurred through a return will be deducted from your refund. Any courier fee is the responsibility of the customer; we will not refund the costs of the courier.


We will exchange a garment for a different size (excluding sale items).  If an alternative size is not available we will offer your preference of exchanging for another garment or a full refund.  For exchanges we recommend you email us as soon as possible with details of your request at msfitzltd@gmail.com to ensure your re-order.  Any exchanges made will be charged for postage.  Exchanges sent within New Zealand will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $10.


We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
